I found the OVENU web site by doing a google search. My phone call was handled professionally and kindly and an appointment made. Alan has now been 4 times. It is an annual ‘must have’ and he always makes my oven look like new! He is a prompt, thorough and considerate professional and some one I wouldn’t hesitate to leave in my house if I have to go out. It’s almost a shame I have to use the oven again so soon after he leaves. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (and in fact have) OVENU and Alan in particular.

I actually baked a cake after you left and the fan oven actually did its job and cooked evenly, something it hasn’t done in years !!!
